You will not engage in any fraudulent activity, theft, anti-competitive conduct, threatening conduct or any other unlawful acts or crimes in relation to Handmade With Love Ltd. another user or any third party.
• All fees that you owe to Handmade With Love Ltd. are your responsibility. You are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes for purchases or sales you make using our services
• By using wwwhandmadewithlove.shop, you agree not to interfere with or try to disrupt our Services by distributing a virus or other harmful computer code.
• It is understood that products are all handmade and may sometimes hold minor flaws which can be raised with Handmade With Love Ltd. at handmadewithlove20@icloud.com Please see our refund policy documented on our website

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on 25th May 2018. This controls how we process data about you. We have appointed a director as our Data Controller and in the event that you have any questions that you wish to raise you should write to Handmadewithlove20@icloud.com under the heading ‘GDPR query.’
• We collect and process your data so that you have the best customer experience possible. We want to make sure that you understand what we do with your data and why we do it. We also want you to feel confident that we will look after your data.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will never sell your personal data or give it to anyone else for them to use for their own purposes without making that clear to you. However, we do sometimes share your personal data in various ways as set out below:
• In order to generate information on which products are selling and where. This helps us ensure that we are serving our customers in the best way. We do this by using the information in aggregate form (so that we cannot identify individuals).

• We also collect personal data from other sources, e.g. friends or family. If someone wishes to purchase a gift for you or order something on your behalf online they will need to provide us with your name and delivery details so that we can ensure you receive that order.

EDIBLES & CONFECTIONERY:

• Edible products such as confectionary and dry goods are allowed to be sold by Handmade with Love Ltd. and are packaged in a sterile environment, labelled with ingredient content and weight.
• It is your responsibility to read the content labels of edible products. Handmade with love Ltd. does not take responsibility for any allergic reaction.
• Edible items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Dependant on supplier availability, some products in our ‘ready to go’ range may vary.

LIABILITY:

• Under no circumstances will Handmade With Love Ltd. be liable for any of the following losses or damages. Loss of data, Loss of revenue or anticipated profits, Loss of business, Loss of opportunity, Loss of goodwill or injury to reputation, Losses suffered by third parties or any indirect, consequential or exemplary damages
• Handmade With Love Ltd. is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of content posted by sellers. We do not accept any liability for products that cause offence, breach copyright laws, or offend general standards of decency. However, if you come across products that you find offensive or inappropriate you are encouraged to bring them to our attention so that we have the opportunity to remedy the situation.
• Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we don’t own. You may need to use a third-party’s product or service in order to use some of our Services. When accessing any third-party services, you do so at your own risk and you will be subject to their own Terms of Use.
• When participating in Handmade With Love Ltd. promotion, you agree that you may not later claim that the rules of that promotion were ambiguous

 ORDERS:

• Items you select are placed in your virtual ‘basket’ which you can view and add to or take away from. The price of each item will be calculated in Pounds Sterling (£) at checkout with a total that includes delivery charges.
• If you wish to proceed you will be guided through a secure payment process. Simply follow the simple instructions on our Website.
• Once you have placed your order, we will send you an acknowledgement via email or text.
• Your order can not be cancelled once it has been dispatched to you.  Should you wish to return an item please follow the Returns Policy.

• We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
• If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the correct spelling of any product you upload or any personalised message to be inserted by Handmade With Love Ltd. By making payment you accept responsibility for the spelling on personalised goods. Handmade With Love Ltd. will not be held responsible or accountable for any errors made by you.

DELIVERIES & POSTAGE:

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK
We aim to dispatch items within 5 - 10 working days of order completion, whilst every effort is made to ensure your goods are dispatched in a timely fashion, on the rare occasion this may unfortunately take slightly longer.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK
Our products are shipped from the UK and sold on an unpaid Delivery Duty basis. Please be aware that you, or the recipient may have to pay Import Duty or a Formal Customs Entry Fee upon, or prior to, delivery. If you're unsure how this will affect the overall cost of your order, please check your Local Legislation rules.

To ensure the freshness of goods, orders for these items are restricted to London only.
Products may vary dependant on supplier availability.

REFUND POLICY

• STANDARD RETURNS
• We hope you are pleased with your order. However, if it isn’t what you expected or not up to scratch, don’t worry, just send it back to us within 14 days. Providing it's in its original condition, we'll refund the price of the product(s) to you.
• Make sure to complete the returns form that came in your parcel and send it back to us along with the product(s).
• The cost of returning an item is your responsibility, it is recommend you use a recorded delivery service as you must obtain proof of postage.
• When returning any item(s) to us, please ensure they are in the same condition that you received them. Please take reasonable care to ensure that item(s) are returned safely and are not damaged in transit, and include the original packaging where possible.
• Once we have received your item(s) we will process your return as quickly as possible. However, this may take up to 14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s). Should you have any queries about the status of your return, please contact our friendly Customer Services team on email at handmadewithlove@icloud.com We aim to respond to all email queries as quickly as possible.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

• Please note we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on edible items, flowers, personalised items, cut lengths of fabric or items damaged by you.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

Once an order has been placed, you will not be able to cancel it. If it is an item covered by our standard returns policy and you have changed your mind, please wait to receive your order and then return it to us in its original wrapping.
